Even with all the delays, dealing with one of the family being in another state, the agreement, then with the agreement being denied, and at the last minute doing a major clean out of the house, Byrd Property Group still got the property sold and for what we ask for.   • Bill Byrd is a true leader in real estate. His experience and knowledge in the real estate market where invaluable for me as a first time home buyer. His follow through and customer service skills are exceptional. And he had a lot of patience for the hundreds of questions I asked him during the process. My search originally started on the internet and I was both disappointed and discouraged at what I was finding. Bill patiently spent time driving me throughout the city and educating me on the homes that were in our market and showed me neighborhoods that I wasn’t even aware of.
