Bill Byrd was born into a real estate family and has carried the family tradition since 1986.
Having deep roots in real estate, a career in real estate it was an easy fit. After leaving college in 1985 the very next year Bill got his real estate license. At the suggestion of his father, Bill first joined a small firm run by an influential broker. That broker eventually because a President of The National Association of Realtors. Having been mentored early in his career by such a strong industry leader has had a lasting influence. Because of this Bill has always handled his business in the highest regard for professionalism and ethics.
Currently Bill Byrd is the team leader of the Byrd Property Group in Charleston SC.. Running a successful real estate team is highly satisfying for Bill. Running a team gives Bill the opportunity to produce sales for the team and mentor his agents.
