The Byrd Property Group began with a simple decision.
In 1986, straight out of college, Bill Byrd earned his real estate license and began what would become a lifelong calling. Soon after, his wife Millie joined him, and together they built a business grounded in service, professionalism, and relationships that last.
Today, however, that legacy continues with their youngest daughter, Waverly Byrd, bringing fresh energy and a modern approach to a business rooted in experience.

Bill has been a licensed real estate professional since 1986 and a broker since 1992. He has negotiated nearly 1,000 transactions and has also served as a college-level real estate instructor at the College of Charleston, teaching subjects such as real estate law, finance, appraisal, ethics, and fair housing.
Waverly leads client care, communication, and marketing for the team. She works closely with buyers and sellers throughout the process to ensure every detail is handled smoothly and every client feels supported from the first conversation to closing.
