Before building the Byrd Property Group, Bill Byrd began his real estate career straight out of college in 1986. Shortly after, Bill was joined by his wife Millie, and most recently their youngest daughter Waverly. For over 3 decades, the Byrd Property Group has helped homebuyers and sellers, seniors, investors and builders, buy and sell homes and land.
Experts at their craft! Bill Byrd has taught Real Estate Courses at the College Level for the College of Charleston. Courses taught include, SC Real Estate Law, Appraisal, Finance, Fair Housing and Ethics. Additionally, Bill has taught pre-licensing courses to perspective Realtors at the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.
