Dual Zone Independent HVAC System
The HVAC Honeywell Thermostats (Main floor, Master Bedroom, and Upstairs) are smart devices. They are programmable and can be operated from anywhere by an App on your cell phone.
Rheem Hi-Efficiency Hybrid Hot Water System (2x’s as efficient as tankless systems)
The Hot Water Heater is an electric heat pump hybrid. It is even more efficient than a gas tankless hot water heater. It is a Smart appliance and can be operated from anywhere by an App on your cell phone. Example: Leaving town for a week? Turn it down with your phone from the airport when you leave and turn it back up when you are on your way back home. Expecting a bunch of guests for the holidays? Use the app to set it to HIGH DEMAND mode.
Normal hot water heaters are either a big tank that runs on electricity (large heating elements that take lots of electricity to store hot water and keep it hot) or Propane or natural gas hot water heater that does the same thing. Tankless hot water heaters don’t have the big tank and are compact and only make hot water with gas when you need hot water.
The Difference
Only a few companies make hot water heaters like the Rheem Hybrid Heater. It is a tank type hot water heater that operates 3 different ways. It is all electric but gives you the option of how it uses electricity to make hot water.
- First you can choose to make it work on the big heating elements like a normal tank type water heater. Not real efficient cost wise but makes hot water fast.
- The second way to make it work is as a Heat Pump. Just like an HVAC unit that heats and cools your house, this water heater has a small Heat Pump that sits on top of the tank and can make hot water super cheap but it takes a little longer than the heating element method. If you don’t have a big family with everyone taking showers at the same time, the Heat pump mode is the way to go.
- The third way to operate it is a combination of the first two. It can run the elements and the heat pump at the same time and they share the job of creating hot water.
There is an app that allows you to make the changes, track monthly usage and set up geofencing so that it knows when you are home or not and only runs or provide hot water when you need it. You can also set it up so you can run it with Alexa.
1,800 Pound Freight Elevator for moving heavy items from the garage to the 2nd floor.
1800 pound rated capacity winch in 3rd Garage (Workshop) can carry your storage items up to a 500 Sq Ft. floored storage area above the garages. At the other end of the storage space is a walk through door to the Home’s second floor should you want to use that route to get moving boxes and furniture to the second level without having to climb the stairs.

All can be operated by cell phone apps. Openers have cameras and can be operated remotely for in garage deliveries. You can get notifications and can see every time your doors open or close.
